McCullough Development offers a variety of Senior Housing all over Kansas. These are the properties we currently manage (click on the location/address for more information).

The Senior Housing properties are operated under contracts with the Department of Housing and Urban Development and offer Section 8 Rental Assistance for low or moderate income persons over 62 or for those who have physical handicaps. All utilities are paid, or residents are given a utility allowance. No living services are provided, and these properties are classified as “independent living” as contrasted to “assisted living”. Coordination with local service agencies is available to provide any necessary tenant services at these properties.
